1. Eligibility & Account Registration

Each user may register only one account. Registering more than one account using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or banking details is prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and cancellation of all winnings. 2. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and internet banking via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and the FPX network. Deposits are typically processed within 30 seconds. TambakBet does not charge any deposit fees, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the maximum withdrawal limit specified in the terms of each promotion.

4. Betting Rules

All bets placed on TambakBet – whether on sports such as BWF badminton, football, tennis, and e-sports, or casino games such as slots, baccarat, and table games – are subject to the following rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except under exceptional technical circumstances as determined by TambakBet.
• Bets placed after an event has started (except in valid in-play markets) are void, and the stake will be returned to the account.
• For Sports Betting, if a match is postponed or cancelled and not replayed within 72 hours, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) betting is only valid for markets listed as in-play markets on TambakBet. In-play odds change dynamically and cannot be disputed once a bet has been confirmed.
• TambakBet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any member or any market without providing a reason. This is standard practice within the betting industry and does not constitute a penalty against the member.
• Technical errors or system disruptions that occur during casino gameplay — such as an internet disconnection mid-slots round — will be handled in accordance with the relevant game policy. Outcomes that were fully completed before the disruption are final.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the TambakBet platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence technology to automate betting or gameplay.
• Exploiting any technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in credit card fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity using the TambakBet platform.
• Colluding with other players to cheat in table games or Sports Betting.
• Accessing the TambakBet platform from a restricted region or country.
• Taking any action intended to damage the reputation or operations of TambakBet.

TambakBet employs a sophisticated fraud detection system that operates around the clock to identify suspicious activity. Any account suspected of violating these rules will be investigated and appropriate action taken at TambakBet's discretion.

6. Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their TambakBet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing, please ensure all account balances have been withdrawn, as TambakBet is not responsible for unclaimed balances after the designated period.

TambakBet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any rules set out in these Terms & Conditions.
• Recommendations from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Activity suspected to be fraudulent, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.

In cases of suspension pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the balance will be returned to the member promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

TambakBet is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from a member's use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, technical disruptions beyond TambakBet's control, or unsatisfactory betting outcomes.

TambakBet's maximum liability to any member's claim under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim. TambakBet makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions or errors at all times, though we continuously strive to maintain maximum uptime.

8. Privacy & Data Security

TambakBet collects and processes members' personal data solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, identity verification, customer support, and service improvement. All data is processed in accordance with our strict privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
